When am I charged?
At checkout, the same as any other order. You're paying now to reserve your sizes in a print we're only making once — the difference is when it ships, not how you pay.
When will my pajamas arrive?
Pre-orders ship in November 2026, ahead of general stock — so your matching sets are folded and waiting well before Christmas morning.
How do I get the 15% off?
Enter the code you were given at checkout and 15% comes off your Holiday Plaid items. If you don't have one, ask whoever shared this link with you.
What is it made of?
Premium bamboo — 95% viscose from bamboo with 5% spandex. Buttery-soft, cooling, stretchy and gentle on sensitive skin. Every style is tagless and OEKO-TEX® certified.
Can I order other things at the same time?
You can, but the whole order ships together in November. If you need the rest sooner, place a separate order for it.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Our usual returns policy runs from the day your order arrives, not the day you placed it: 30 days, unworn and unwashed.
